PRIVACY

Your business stays yours

Where is my data? In this browser, on this device. Folio saves your invoices, clients, jobs and expenses in your browser's own storage. They are never sent to Folio, RecordWork or anyone else.

Do I need an account? No. There is nothing to sign up for.

What can erase it? Clearing your browser's data, a private/incognito window, or a different browser or device. That's why Folio reminds you to back up: one tap saves a file you keep. Restore it any time.

What does Folio's server see? Only what every website sees: that a page was loaded. The rate guide, agency reviews, license map and events are public RecordWork data that your browser downloads. Ask Folio only reads Folio's help pages and that public data, never your invoices.

Taxes: the tax set-aside is a rough estimate, not tax advice. Ask a tax professional.
